This weekend is NBSU (National Black Student Union) Conference in Illinois. I cannot wait! Gonna learn some important information about how to be an effective leader, meet some new people and have fun. Although, I have fun where ever I go :p

Right now I am printing out case studies for my psychology prosem. After that I have a movie night planned with a few friends….we are gonna watch the LION KING!!!!

It is really getting cold outside. It is cold to the point that when I come in from outside, I automatically get really hot because of the temperature difference. haha.

Last night I wrote two papers, both for two different psych classes. One ended up being 7 pages and the other ended up being 4. ooooo school work…soooo exciting. ha!

I had my indoor hockey intramural game last night too. It was fun…although we lost..But in our team’s defense, we played against a team made up mostly of Field Hockey Players..so they are natural to the game. D a r n.

Today is gonna be a busy day. Class, gym, do my friend’s hair, Campus Movie Fest film showing, then work til 1 am. ooo sleep. haha

Hey all,

I am here in the New Dorm computer lab with a couple of my friends. I have been attempting to do homework, but it just seems like one of those days that I am unable to get anything done. Ever had one of those days???

I got a lot of work done earlier, but as it gets later in the night, it seems that I am able to do less and less homework. Sure, the homework is not due til next week, but I thought I would get a head start on it. ha ha

Tomorrow, or should I say today, will be a very long one. Class, then psych lab, then class. THEN track and track, then Torch meeting. THEN work in gamesroom. The life of a college student is filled with LOTS of activities. Whoever said that we have a lot of free time, is very wrong. But hey, its best to get involved and meet lots of different people…and that is what I am doing

Time has gone soooooo quickly. It seems like I just moved back to Witt. I looked down at my planner and noticed that it is October 1st already. No wonder why it is so cold!

I need to get some warm pants and tops ASAP from home, probably tomorrow
I have one more class to go today, and then off to do one of the many papers that are due the beginning of next week.

Hey all,

I am so excited that tomorrow is Friday!. It is Family Weekend and my family is coming up Saturday and were gonna get some delicious food….mmmm.

I also need to get some shorts to wear to track practice…thats a necessity

I am at work right now, in the games room. The games room is a great place to get a study break or to just hang out with friends. I have now officially memorized most of the songs to Rock Band because people play it SOOOOOO much lol.

I have only played it one time, and I was singing, no guitar or drums for me..until I practice lol.

Gotta get some more reading done before I hit the sheets tonight..oh college haha

Today is the first day that I can actually make the track conditioning practices. I have been wanting to join a sport for the longest. The good thing about Wittenberg is that there are people here who are willing to help you get to the level needed to particpate on the team. Well, its time for practice!!!!

I have two final exams and two final papers. URGH! I guess that’s the point of school, huh?…to keep you busy.

The summer is gonna be very different, not being able to walk to my friends dorms or apartment, not being able to meet people at post for a quick bite to eat. :(     *sad face*

I also cannot wait to decorate my room next year! I think I will start getting an idea together for how it should look.

Its that magical time of year of large and grand tests! How great. Naturally my nose is in a book between work and hanging out. Can’t wait til the tests are over! YAY

Its almost that time of year, time to either vacation to warm locations, and have fun with friends. Where am I going to be??????

And I am perfectly ok with this!!! I cant wait to see my highschool friends and go out and just catch up. Im also recovering from a cold soooo  some time at home to relax is much needed.

The CDR was filled with people at 11 am on Tuesday to watch the inaugaration of our first black president, Barack Obama. Everyone watched the screen intently as various senators and political figures moved accross the screen. This is a historic moment in time! the first African American president! Not saying that racism is dead in America, for it is truly not, I am saying that Obama in office is a new hope that racism and discrimination is dying down.
