Soooooooooooooooooooooo
Sorry it’s been a while. Lots has been going on.
So Georgia for Fall Break was an excellent trip, the perfect getaway. The long drive was an excellent Peggle and movie experience. It was cold though, which I didn’t know happened in Georgia, then when we got back to Ohio it was about 70 degrees. Oh well.
Last weekend was homecoming. That was awesome. So many of my old friends came back and it was amazing to see them. I don;t think I’ve had a weekend that busy in, well, ever. There was tons to do on campus and every other free minute I was speinding time with the alums. We had a pizza party with the alum and the future alumni association (STAF) and I got to meet some really cool alum from years and years back. So cool.
Today is Halloween. I am still putting my Speed Racer costume together, and I’m so excited about it. So I’ll let you know how it goes and how much candy I get.

So just on a whim, my good buddy and former roommate decided to go try out for the one-act plays that are coming up. We didn’t take it too seriously; we simply went to have a good time. I haven’t acted since high school and my buddy has never done it! He wanted to go for some experience for the film major he is trying to create here at Witt.
Long story short, we got in a production together! It’s a play called Night Baseball and I can’t remember who wrote it but you can’t find it on google or youtube. Apparently it was written by a Stanford undergrad who wrote it for a contest and won! It is really exciting to be involved in a production that no one has ever heard of and hasn’t been preformed on this campus in over 10 years.
That’s whats new in my life. Tomorrow, I leave for Atlanta with some of the guys so we can hang out over Fall Break, I’ll let you know how it goes!

Not too much has been going on in my life recently. I spent the last Saturday night at Ohio Northern University meeting up with a bunch of my buddies from high school. The drive there was a painful hour and a half through country roads but the trip was overall fun. The worst is I forgot my cellphone in his dorm room and had to muster the strength and a partner to make the trip there and back again.
Besides that, not too much new. I just got back from the Un Mundo Cafe in downtown Springfield, The coffee shop is a fair trade shop and their quality is superb. My creative non-fiction class met there to discuss the stories we have been writing recently in a small-group workshop fashion. It was really nice to be able to sit down and have this opportunity with my prof, my favorite one, and have this kind of class. I’m really excited about this story I’m writing and I can’t wait to use the feedback I got to perfect it.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
